  • Send a copy of the church profile package before the interview.
  • Determine Committee’s choice of which potential candidate(s) to visit (either in his or a neutral pulpit) to hear preaching and observe a worship service.
  • Visit Potential Candidate’s Church
  • Selection of Candidate
  • Send the Candidate a packet of materials that includes:
  • Inform the Congregation
  • PRESENTING CANDIDATE TO THE CHURCH
  • Prospective Pastor’s trial sermon.
