Welcome to L.I.V.E.
We believe, that within Emmanuel Baptist Church, God has placed a myriad of gifts to be used to worship and glorify Him. The Word says that God inhabits the praises of His people and we are a people desiring to be inhabited! Praise plows the ground for the seed that is to be planted when the Word is taught (Hosea 10:11). L.I.V.E. unites together as the Levites did in the Old Testament to bring Praises and Glory to our King!
Our Mission:
L.I.V.E. is committed to using the gift of music and song:
- to proclaim the Gospel message of Jesus Christ to the lost bringing restoration to the hearts of all people;
- to usher/lead the congregation into the presence of God through Praise and Worship
- to study and show ourselves approved unto God through training and application of His Word
Our Purpose:
To serve the body of Christ by using our gifts to
- lead others is praise and worship and through the direction of the Holy Spirit,
- create an atmosphere where God’s people can freely
- and openly express their praise, adoration, and worship to Him.
Join us as we embark on a journey for excellence in our spiritual development, praise, and our worship. We are totally committed to God and our music ministry is not to entertain but for the edifying of the body of God with His Word through song. Why We Sing Before the Word
2 Chronicles 814 And he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise and minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required: the porters also by their courses at every gate: for so had David the man of God commanded.

2 Chronicles 2930 Moreover Hezekiah the king and the princes commanded the Levites to sing praise unto the LORD with the words of David, and of Asaph the seer. And they sang praises with gladness, and they bowed their heads and worshipped.
